During these coming months, our children from Level 6 will work on several projects. Level 6A students have been very busy making the most of their time.

They have been building famous structures like the Empire State Building and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Regarding the Art Corner, they have been painting inspired in Vincent Van Gogh’s and Claude Monet’s work.

With the Human Body project, they have been learning about how to make a research! In fact, they have been very busy and inspired lately.

A lo largo de estos meses, nuestros estudiantes de Level 6 trabajarán en varios proyectos. Los niños de Level 6A han estado muy ocupados y aprovechando su tiempo al máximo.

Han estado construyendo diferentes estructuras como el edificio Empire State y la Torre inclinada de Pisa. En el rincón de Arte, están pintando inspirados en la obra de Vincent Van Gogh y Claude Monet.

Con el proyecto del Cuerpo Humano, están aprendiendo a investigar. En fin, han estado bastante ocupados e inspirados.

In Level 5B we have started working as a team. We are motivating our students to try and understand themselves, solve problems, and respect each other. Working in corners fosters social skills, therefore, preparing children with endless possibilities to achieve enriching activities.

En Level 5B hemos comenzado a trabajar en equipo. Estamos motivando a los estudiantes para que puedan lograr entenderse, resolver sus diferencias y respetarse los unos a los otros. El trabajo en rincones fomenta las habilidades sociales, preparando así a los alumnos para un sin fin de actividades motivadoras y enriquecedoras.

En estos días ha ocurrido un gran acontecimiento en el preescolar de GSD. Plonker, un habitante de Deimos (una Luna de Marte) ha decidido contactarse con nosotros para que le demos información sobre nuestro planeta porque desea visitarnos.

Los niños y niñas están emocionados por esta sorpresa y se han puesto a investigar sobre dónde vivimos y sobre dónde vive nuestro nuevo amigo.

Además, Plonker nos ha enviado algunas piedras de su hogar y un mensaje secreto que tenemos que descifrar.

Estaremos informándoles sobre las novedades que tengamos acerca de este contacto con un ser de otro planeta.

February has now come to an end and what a fantastic first month it has been; full of new achievements, experiences, and valuable opportunities to play and work with others. 

We are so excited to share with all of you some special moments we have captured during this month, we hope you enjoy watching how much fun your children are having as they learn in an active and creative environment.

Learning to write our names is a very important process in order to identify ourselves as someone unique. It also reinforces our individuality among others. Therefore, recognizing our classmates names generates special bonds between us.

Aprender a escribir el nombre y practicarlo es importante porque nos identifica como seres únicos, resaltando así, nuestra individualidad ante los demás. Asimismo, el reconocer mi nombre y el nombre de los amigos genera vínculo entre ellos.
